How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Follow these four steps and we will take care of the rest.

Email Us

Contact us at hello@6ixofdiamonds.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Instructions

We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within one business day.

Ship Your Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a tracked, insured method.

Receive Your Refund

Once inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return

  • Unworn items in original, undamaged condition
  • Items returned with all original packaging and documentation
  • Items with IGI/GIA certification and tags still attached
  • Purchases returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items without signs of wear, scratching, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or bespoke pieces made to your specifications
  • Engraved or personalized jewelry
  • Items that have been worn, resized, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions

Exchanges

Need a different size? Size exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery. Simply email us and we will arrange for your item to be resized or exchanged for the correct size at no charge.

For exchanges involving a different style or product, the original item must meet all return eligibility criteria. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned item. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.

For orders paid via Interac e-Transfer, refunds will be sent to the email address on file. For credit card and financing payments (Affirm/Klarna), refunds are returned to the original account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange a prepaid return label at no cost to you and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges.

Please include photos of the damage or defect in your email to help us resolve your case as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

For standard returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Exception: If your item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong item was sent, we will provide a prepaid return label at our expense.

Custom & Bespoke Pieces

All custom-designed and bespoke jewelry pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any item made to your specific measurements, design preferences, or personalization requests.

If a custom piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, it is covered under our lifetime manufacturing warranty and will be repaired or remade at no cost.

Important Information

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and certification documents
  • The 30-day return window begins on the date of delivery, not the date of purchase
  • Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless the item was defective or incorrect
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria
  • Sale or promotional items may have modified return terms, which will be noted at checkout
  • For international returns, the customer is responsible for any customs or duties on the return shipment
